Trouble installing RB

I have used RB on an iriver for some time now and thought I would run it on my 5G iPod.

I ran through the installation instructions here

and all seems to have worked well until I arrived at step g

It just went straight to the main menu screen.

Regardless I went to iTunes and set it to be a disk, and put .rockbox and rockbox.ipod on.

However I still cant make the bloody thing boot!!

Any hints for what I am guessing is an obvious mistake I have made?

Fixed, thanks. Just had to hold the Menu and center button for a bit longer...
