Clip+, pc can't see it

Just installed on my new Clip+ Rockbox and copied some songs on player. After discharging player and pluging in again, PC don't see the player.
Can somebody help?

If you're running 3.10, theres no USB support.  Either update or use the sandisk firmware for USB transfer (see manual).
