shuffle songs in one directory/folder only

Is it possible to set one directory (playlists) to shuffle but not other directories?
I have one directory/folder with individual songs, for workouts, long runs etc. I would like to shuffle the songs in this directory/folder. But only this folder.
All the other folders are specific albums so I would like songs in these folders to continue to play in order.
Is it possible to do this without having to manually change the shuffle setting every time?
So that whenever I play the "playlists" folder the songs are shuffled; and when I switch folders to play an album, the songs play in order.

Rather than just clicking on a song in the playlists folder, when you want to play that folder, long-select the folder and choose Insert Shuffled from the context menu. It takes a couple extra presses but once you're used to it, it's very fast and you may find it easier than turning shuffle on and off. I certainly do, at least.
