Severe problem with SanDisk Sansa Clip+ prevents me from using the player!
(1/1)
K0DD4Z:
I just got a Sansa Clip+, i installed RockBox right away, but i forgot to unmount the device before removing it. So now i can not use the player, since it is impossible to remove the bootloader, i have even formatted its memory multiple times, but it does not work. On SanDisks website it says that i can reset it if i hold down the power button for 20 seconds and the presses it again, but it does not work. When it starts, it says "Loading Firmware File not found" and then the RockBox logo, then it says "Plug USB cable". What can i do?

You have the bootloader installed but not rockbox. Reboot into the Sandisk firmware (IIRC hold left, but see manual) and then either finish installing rockbox or uninstall it.
