Bug report for 3.10
Mr Whippy:
iriver H140, extracted H120/H140 release to \.rockbox
3.10 version
Safetly disconnect, switch off H140 and switch on (default boot from disc) says no .rockbox directory
Sometimes loads OK, sometimes crashes at Rockbox logo, sometimes says no .rockbox dir
Have run HD chkdsk, no faulty files.
Previous version worked fine. Going back to 3.9.1. Rebooted a few times to test, from disc, rom and ram and all work fine. And 3.9.1 has been working fine since it was released.
dreamlayers:
Did you try chkdsk /r to check for bad sectors?
Mr Whippy:
Yes.
Also formatted the hard drive, put on 3.10.
Switched off, switched on. Crash after loading.
Put 3.9.1 overwriting files, loads up fine.
mokeleva:
Hi, It's first time to write Rockbox Forums.
With 3.10 , I play "NES" or "HES" or and so on.(Multiple Track Files.)
"Play Mode" is "single",I've set.
(Track selection works, but requires that Repeat is set to One. > http://www.rockbox.org/wiki/SoundCodecNSF )
But, I cannot move next (or back) track.
Something mistake with me? (Some New Setting?)
Please advice me.
I use Sansa Fuze.
P.S. When not suitable in writing in this message, please let me know.
LambdaCalculus:
To move between tracks on multi-track files (e.g. NSF, HES), you have to actually seek through the file. Hold down either the REW or FFWD buttons to do so. The manual can explain more.
