How can I add a track to the current/dynamic playlist?

I build a playlist by Playlist->Create playlist from the main menu (with random mode activate).

Now, I'm listening 300/5000 tracks, and I'd like to manage this current dynamic playlist (let's say, adding some tracks after the 300° track).

How can I see this current dynamic random playlist? Connecting the device? Or it is on the memory and cannot be edited?

You can save the playlist and edit the saved copy.  Often, a dynamic playlist has been created on-the-fly and hasn't been saved to disk.  Various actions like insert, insert next, insert last can be used to modify the dynamic playlist without saving it too.
