large capacity MP3 player with ROCKbox or FS

can anyone recommend any MP3 player that has:

#1 - * file system - the way I see it in Win Explorer - I want to be able to see folder/files in same way... (and thus an easy way to move/sync - drag and drop in Windows Explorer)

* a large capacity (60+GB)

* fast start up times

* volume control dedicated buttons - so I could always easily increase/decrease sound volume

* just MP3 no vidoe (maybe FLAC/APE/OGG/MP3/AAC)

* pocket size

Pretty much any rockbox device of sufficient capacity.  An ipod video would be a good example.

Gigabeat can have large capacity as well as dedicated volume buttons.  With the F40 you can flash the Rockbox bootloader to ROM and get much faster boot time.
