[Thread split] Getting started developing
« on: November 21, 2011, 01:31:13 AM »
Hi shayguitarra,

I also ran Rockbox on my 160GB iPod classic.
It rocks but freeze up occasionally specially when you are using the software equalizers. Try running it plain or stock(it's still pleasing as for me). This could somehow minimize the hangups.

I'm thinking of brewing my own code now but doesn't really know where to start. I hope there are some moderators or any concerned guy whose experiencing the same dilemma. :) ;D

Find an itch and scratch it! That's how we all started here (and for some reason cant stop scratching!)

Using PMs to annoy devs about bugs/patches is not a good way to have the issue looked at.
