Iriver H300 CF Mod Rockbox settings

Hi guys.
Could you please help me with the information about settings which I should change in Rockbox after CF Mod? Especially sections about disk (spindown, directory cache) and anti skip setting and maybe some others to optimize work with flash card instead of HDD? Or just leave as is?
