Difficulty in sending bug reports/How to send bug reports

I have a few bug reports to enter but I am somewhat mystified as to how they are formally submitted. Obviously I have tried various things on the Rockbox website but I can't find a method to do so. Will someone please inform me about the proper procedure? (TerryTheGreat-1@hotmail.com)

On the left side of your screen theres a link called "bugs".  Use that.
