Quiet Start (Sound Volume) in morning

I think the fixed.cfg option is the perfect solution for that. See: http://www.rockbox.org/wiki/CustomConfigFile#Default_CFG_Values

For that you just edit your existing config.cfg file in the .rockbox folder to the desired values and save it as fixed.cfg
