Startup Screen - Last Track Paused

I set my start up screen to resume playback, so when I turn on my player, the last track automatically starts playing where it left off.

I'd rather have Rockbox start in the state I last left it. That would be with the track paused - the same way that Sansa's firmware handles it.

Is there any way to do this?
