Unable to upgrade V2 Fuze

Greetings,

I've recently started using my Fuze again because my Android phone was temporarily broken and I get better battery life-playing time with the Fuze in either matter.

I happened to wonder if there was an newer releases, that would allow me to permanently delete useless OF. So, I saw that two versions had been released from my current version I have on it 3.7

I've to update to both version manually and everytime it installs fine, but on load-up I am greeted with the Rockbox flash screen, then a msg box that states "Scanning Disks...", then the screen tears and it's fully white. This happens with 3.8 or 3.9. It then locks up and pressing the select button will cause a power cycle and reboot, and it repeats the same issue.

Im not sure what causes, this but fortunately I can revert back to 3.7 no problem from either manual updates. Saw nothing in the bug tracker about his but wondered if anyone else has come across this.

Corrupted file system.  Check it for errors in Windows/Linux/.

This corrected the problem, the Rockbox is now showing r30969-111112 so i
. Perhaps this can also be updated or reflected in the manual.
