mp3 splitter app

is there anyone able to develop an app that will enable you to split/join etc tracks?

We don't take feature requests.  If you want a plugin to do something like that, you're welcome to work on it yourself. 

That said I can't imagine why you'd want to do this on an mp3 player verses a PC.
