Ipod nano 2g wont connect

I dleted the rockboc files so i turned on ipod it said
Rockboxboot loader
Version 1.00
Error!
Cant load rockbox. pod


i cant turn it off or connect to computrer wat do i do

I think you can just follow the uninstall directions normally:

Boot back into the apple firmware, then uninstall.  But I've never tried on my nano2g so I could be wrong.
