ipod video 5th Gen - Freezes when connected to Renault Audio Connection Box

Current Stable Release seems to lock up on connection (both off and on). Control wasn't perfect on previous build (pretty much as described on the Accessories Page), but it did work.

Any ideas?   ???

If you can compile, figuring out which revision broke it would be very useful.

Actually I'm probably being a bit dim here, but where do I actually find the old versions to compile? I'm running linux if that's going to matter?

I'll try to have a look at this one of these days. My car has a box with the same name at least, so if we're lucky it will behave the same.
