Sansa Clip Plus database not including any files stored on the microsd card

I have a Sansa Clip plus 8Gb with Rockbox 3.91 installed and working perfectly for the last couple of months.

I installed a 16Gb Microsd card and proceeded to place all of my audio files on to it, stored in a folder called MUSIC (deleting the files previously stored on the internal Clip memory).

Whilst the Sansa firmware updates it's own database, Rockbox shows nothing.

I have used the update now and initialize now options, which always show that it is updating in the background, but after leaving the machine on for a couple of hours, nothing is shown in the database.

When I go to the FILES menu, it shows the MUSIC folder on the Microsd card, the sub folders beneath it and I am able to play tracks manually.

Does anybody know what I have to do to get the database to udate correctly for files stored solely on the Microsd card?
