Thats a zip file, not a firmware.  You need to extract it and then point the installer at the actual firmware file. 

Again, I'm going to suggest that you slow down and just read what you're being asked to do.  The installer asks you for a bin file.  You gave it a zip file.  Thats not going to work because you didn't do what it asked.  Just go back, and read more carefully you'll manage to do this.
