I'm trying to download and run the arm-eabi compiler, however it seems like the mirror to the download the compiler is not up, this is the error I get below:
Is there something I'm not doing correctly? or is 'mirrors.kernel.org' not up?

e - arm-eabi (ipods, iriver H10, Sansa, D2, Gigabeat, etc)
a - arm (older ARM toolchain, deprecated)
i - mips (Jz4740 and ATJ-based players)
separate multiple targets with spaces
(Example: "s m a" will build sh, m68k and arm)
