Can't delete bookmarks in text viewer (Rockbox 3.9, Fuze v2)

The manual sez that Play+Select will delete bookmarks saved in the text viewer.

No dice, I've tried many times on two different Fuzes both running 3.9

So the only way I can delete bookmarks is by removing the tv_file.dat which of course deletes them all.

Can someone else with a Fuze try the Play+Select so I can find out if it's just me?
