Ukrainian translation

Greetings!

I'd like to do a Ukrainian translation with changes to already translated strings since I've noticed some style, grammar terminology mistakes in the existing translation. The Ukrainian version was last updated two years ago.

Besides, as far as I understand, Rockbox interface has voice files. Can I localize them too?
