Music from Itunes skipping once again

The music that I bought from Itunes is skipping to the next track randomly.
This has happened before but had been solved by version 3.7
Once I upgraded to 3.8 it came back, and with the current version it is still happening
It only happens with music purchased from itunes in its original format.
One thing I have noticed is that when it skips, the album art disappears as if it had no art to begin with, I'm not sure if it happens all the time because I'm usually not looking at the screen when the skip happens, I just caught it by accident.
