Suspected wrong files in ver 3.8.1 releases archive

There seem to be wrong files uploaded to the archived version 3.8.1 for the Sansa e200 and Fuze models.  The firmware files are the same size as the language files, and contain only the language files.  So it seems that someone made a mistake.
