Use Rockbox MP3 Player as DAC

Hi,
first: I'm sorry, if this was asked before. I searched for it but only found posts that go in the opposite direction which means they want to connect a DAC on the USB of a Rockbox Player.
I think that the sound quality of my Sansa Clip+ is a lot better than the sound of the most onboard soundchips.
It would be quite nice, if I could connect my Clip to a Computer an e.g. through a plug in it would be recognized as a USB-soundcard.
I don't know if this is even possible. What do you think?

Theres some half implemented code for USB audio in Rockbox floating around.  I don't think anyone has worked on it in a while though.
