Looking to hire someone to create a custom build

Hello, I am looking to hire someone to create a custom Rockbox build that is essentially very stripped down with navigation restrictions and a custom splash screen.  We are looking at the Sansa Clip+ as the device to run this build on, however we are open to suggestions for other devices.  If you are experienced with the Rockbox source and confident in your ability to provide customizations, please email me at astreate@enterprisedatatechnologies.com and we can discuss the project, compensation, and other details.

So you just want the splash screen changed and some of the menu options removed?

Sounds like a lot of work.  I'll do it for $500 to the Rockbox Beer Fund.

What's the problem in stating the details in public? Rockbox is an open source project developed in the public ...

I mean, surely the GPL will be honoured and the source will be made available to those you have distributed binaries to on request...right?
So, there's no harm in discussing your changes publicly.

Depending on the changes you would like made, I would be happy to consider this project.
But I do have some conditions of my own:

- GPL requirements are met.
- The "credits.rock" plugin stays in place in sources and distributed binaries.
- Monies negotiated for payment of the initial modifications (and further updates to the sources) are to be paid directly to the Rockbox Development/Beer fund.
- ...possibly other things, depending on what it is you're wanting to change exactly.
