Idea to improve Rockbox' Quick Screen

What i thought of is a way to acess various *.cfg files via the Quick Screen to not only "access [...] your four favourite settings" but acess a compilation of settings.

The option "Settigns/Manage Settings/Browse .cfg Files" can't be set as a Quick Screen item. I realize that only items from the settings menu which change a value in rockbox' cfg files can be added to the Quick Screen.

So i wonder: would it be easy to enable, for instance, the above example as an item for the Quick Screen or would this be a major change?

Would it be possible to ad a specific Folder (in which i'd store the *.cfgs i'd need) or probably a Rockbox-shortcut to the Quick Screen?

I think the possibility to change not only a value but to swap between a possibly unlimited number of cfg files would improve the Quick Screen feature.

the suggestion to use shortcuts for QS items also appears there but there but hasn't been answered yet.

This isnt a feature we outright dont want, its just noone has done the work needed, and it isnt something which apparently interests any of the currently active devs so is unlikely to happen any time soon.
