How fast your H10 goes?

I'm happy H10@120GB user for over 5 years I think... Of course it was 20GB on the beginning. I have use HS122JC for about 2 years - but it doesnt matter... or maybe it does... I'm not pretty soure.
The think is, that my player goes about 23MB/s on reading and 6MB/s on writing data from external device. As far as I remember it was similar when I have used the original 20GB Hitachi drive.

Shouldn't it go faster? How about your players guys... I never thought to ask anyone about this.
