Sansa Clip V1 Video

On the manual, it says I can play mpeg 1 or 2 files, but i am unable to. Is this feature only for v2?

Theres not enough RAM on the Clipv1 for mpegplayer. 

I also don't see anything in the manual mentioning it.

It's not on the ClipV1, that's for sure. But the ClipV2 manual mentions Mpegplayer:

So yes, as saratoga says, the ClipV1 does not feature Mpegplayer, as there is insufficient RAM on that player for it.

MPEG player on the clip is virtually useless anyway because you can hardly tell what's going on in the vides
