Please help!

So my Rockboxed iPod Classic 6th gen 80gb isn't working smoothly for me.  I put my music on it overnight with Mediamonkey and now the database won't update and I can't view my files on it on my computer.  How can I put the original apple firmware on my iPod?  I think Rockbox is awesome, but I'm just going to wait until it's fully stable.  Thanks

Thanks!  That was easier than I thought.  I'll get rockbox once it's full stable for my iPod.
