Need help to INstall-__- Sansa clip+

So whenever i open rockbox, i have a configuration error even though my sansa clip is connected, and in addition whenever i press autodetect it freezes and crashes everytime. Yes i have tried doing it manually by selecting sansa then clip+. Does anyone know why?

Sure, let me ask my crystal ball why it crashes. Besides, you can't open Rockbox, and there's no configuration error dialog in Rockbox. Plus this has nothing to do with development.
