That number means you're running a custom build, which we do not support.  You can either contact the person who gave you that build and ask them for help, or install our version of rockbox.

ok thanks , what i really was trying to do is get rockbox, psgroove and this zero slacked linux that someone posted here on my ipod and have an option for those on my ipl, so i can boot apple os, rockbox, psgroove, linux, disc mode..etc..

i would like to use this autoinstaller by danyl that installs rockbox and psgroove, ever seen it?
then just install the linux and add it to the ipl menu?
so how would i do that? install linux first? or run the rockbox/psgroove installer first?

I know about ps3grove, but not the rest of that stuff.  You'll probably have to ask whoever wrote it.

Contact the people who distributed the binary...if you didn't get it from here, we can't give you support for it.
None of us know what changes have been made to that source.
IPL, PSgroove, and <all the other things you mention> have nothing to do with the Rockbox project.

Using PMs to annoy devs about bugs/patches is not a good way to have the issue looked at.

yea i know but i figured that someone here would know how to add things to the ipl ,since im sure most people using rockbox are using ipl ,
im just wondering if anyone has used the autoinstaller  to install psgroove and rockbos and ipl , or havs rockbox and psgroove and linux and knows how to install it or which to install first
i found the link to this linux version here its called zeroslacker linux or something , but the instruction to install are vague and say to install linux then install rockbox, but rockbox install is optional , but i want to know if i can install it on an ipod 5g that already has rockbox, ipl and psgroove on it , and how to get it as an option on the ipl ,says something about running a .bat file but it doesnt say how to do that,i thought it said something about ipodpatcher ,but it doesnt come with that , but there is an exe called ipodpatcher in the rockbox/psgroove autoinstaller by danyl ,so im guessing i could use that
and it is hard for me to contact other distributors when your trying to cordinate the install of multipe things by multiple distributors, so i figured i would aske here since i found the link to that linux here and since im sure everyone here know about rockbos and ipl installs

im sure most people using rockbox are using ipl ,

ipodlinux only runs on a hanful of devices and its mostly a dead project, so not many people run it these days.

You'll have to ask whoever wrote it.  Anyway, since this thread isn't about our software, I'm closing it.
