No album art showing up on X5L

Theres no good way to embed art in vorbis files, and if you do it the usual hackish way it has a nasty habit of crashing the official integer vorbis decoder so I don't recommend doing that.
Nazo:
Well, I only have a small handful of Vorbis files really. I do have one with an album art added (and it has never given me any problems in anything before) but I can live without album art showing up in any of those. I'm more concerned about the FLAC files I have since I have a bunch of those. (The problem is that these came from various lossy sources, so I used FLAC rather than convert lossy sources to a different lossy format.)
Anyway, the MP3s definitely use ID3v2, so I wonder why it's not working with those?

Nazo,
Have you checked that the album art does indeed meet the requirements it needs to?
This section of the manual outlines the requirements for album art to be displayed.

EDIT: Whoops...I didn't read the backlog, it seems that Yapper already pointed to this section of the manual...heh, oops ;)
Nazo:
Perhaps it might be useful if I uploaded a sample image from my collection?

Maybe I'm missing something about the exact encoding or whatever. Though not all images were saved the same. (That's one of the ones I processed in an image editor and exported as JPEG. Some in my collection were automatically added by things like MusicBrainz Picard so might require shrinking, but there's no point in such an undertaking when none at all work.)
EDIT: Well, I suppose it doesn't matter after all. The one thing I needed RockBox to do which I could have sworn it was doing, it will no longer do even after I completely deleted all settings files and reconfigured it. (It may not have been doing it before and I just didn't notice, I don't know.) Without that, album art is a non-issue as I'll just have to stick to the Cowon firmware.
