Sansa Media Converter - can't see any files.

I'm attempting to load Rockbox on my Sansa V2 Fuze but I just tried to use the Sansa Media Converter and it cannot see any mp3 files on my computer.  I wonder if this is normal.  Dragging them over doesn't work either.  Using Win7 64bit.  I thought that if this doesn't work many something is wrong with my system.  Seems to be working fine in other areas though.
Post Merge: July 06, 2011, 02:08:15 PMI should mention that the Sansa Fuze shows up always on my computer when plugged in.  All the files on it seem intact.  I've never had a problem playing them either on the computer or on the player itself.

Sansa Media Converter is not software provided by the Rockbox project nor is it needed for the use of a Rockboxed player. You should contact Sandisk if you're having issues with their software.

I realize that its not part of Rockbox.  I just thought it would be great if someone knew if my situation was indicative of a problem which might stop Rockbox from working properly.  Or maybe this situation doesn't matter and I can ignore it.
