Ipod Video 80 shutting down problem

When I shut down Rockbox it just restarts again? Anyone have a clue on this??

It's not possible to shut the ipod down while it's connected to a power supply or computer. If it does this when not connected, your dock connector is probably broken.

It restarts even when not connected to any power supply! What to do about it?

maybe try to install older version of rockbox?
i really love rockbox and dont wont to use original softwear!
