iPod Nano 2G stereo channel problems - Left/Right plays as Right/Left

I recently Rockboxed my iPod Nano 2G but most of the time when I play tracks the stereo channels are reversed. Instruments/sounds that come out the left stereo channel come out the right stereo channel instead and vice versa. Is there any fix for this?
