How did you install the bootloader? Are you sure you have installed the dualboot bootloader? This issue happens on players with newer firmware when installing the single boot bootloader.

Yes, I have installed dual boot loader with beastpatcher -d .

The problem is when I unplug usb cable, s30 go black screen, so I have to turn bat off and on again.

After i turn batt on, it go to recovery mode and delete all my data.

After that, I have to format data disk before copy .rockbox (if I not format, "File not found" happened).

The method that I use to format the disk is normal format with windows's utility.

should I use "mkdosfs -f 2 -F 32 -S 512 -s 64 -v -n TFAT /path/to/partition/device" command?
if yes, what is "/path/to/partition/device"if my data drive is f:?

Are you sure you copied the .rockbox folder to the correct partition? There are two partitions with the same volume name (both named "TFAT"), and formatting is done by the player itself if it detects errors. If you format the player yourself something is wrong.

No, you shouldn't format the partition, and it's not possible to say which device file the player will get when connected to a Linux machine.
