as you may know, you seem to have IPv6 support on your website.
Anyway, one of the IPv6 addresses assigned to this website ( 2a00:1a28:1200:9::2 ) doesn't work (from Free in France):

The other IPv6 address works fine. So it would be good if you could temporary disable this IPv6 because I'm sure that maybe loads of people with IPv6 enabled have the same problem and the result is that they can't connect to this website and to the SVN server.
