Can someone explain?

Hello,

Could someone explain the features of rockbox as if you explaining it to a 5 year old. Radio,video etc not like the type of audio files that can be played.

My other question, what mp3 or ipod is the best to use? Mostly for rockboy and videos, so which device would play the games the smoothest.
