Rockbox on Clip+ "*PANIC* disk_init failed!"

Doing the manual install for the bootloader was easy after I found more info on how to do it.  Follow the manual install directions for the bootloader. Make sure to type in "cd desktop/rbinstall" in command prompt. and just paste the patched file into the mp3 player directory.  And you can use the rockbox utility to install rockbox.

The new bootloader is (finally!) uploaded, so the automatic install should now work.

Mr Whippy:
Install is easy, and haven't gone back to stock iriver firmare since I've put on Rockbox.

Back then you had to get the original hex file, patch the file, copy it across, flash your player.
