LRCPLAYER lyrics not Synched to Song
ngs428:
I have the latest rockbox version 3.8.1 on my sansa V2. The lyrics in my mp3 files are saved by minilyrics as synced and unsynched. They display properly via winamp/minilyrics on the pc, but in lrcplayer they do not scroll with the song, they are typically ahead or behind of the current spot in the song. Should lrcplayer properly scroll according to the timestamps, or does it simply scroll the text not taking into account the timestamps?
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks!

Does anyone use LRCPLAYER? I would like to get some assistance with this question.
Chronon:
What type of lyrics are you using? I don't use this plugin but it seems like a useful piece of information that might encourage some useful responses.

I also want some assistance with this plugin. It seems to crash ALOT on my sansa fuze v2 player.
I already have my songs tagged with UNSYNCED LYRICS (embedded in the file) and simply just want a lyric plugin that will show the txt (perhaps over the album art) and allow for you to scroll up and down the lyrics.

Here is some additional info:
Lyrics are embedded in the MP3 via MINILYRICS 7.0.676. They are saved as ID3v2 synchronized lyrics (sylt), ID3v2 lyrics and ID3v2 unsynchronized lyrics (uslt) in most cases.
The timestamps are created as follows:
[00:00.00]Coldplay - Politik
[00:12.00]
[00:24.77]Look at earth from outer space
[00:30.23]Everyone must find the place
[00:35.93]Give me time and give me space
Some files only have the ID3v2 unsynchronized lyrics (uslt). It does not seem to matter if the lyrics are ID3v2 unsynchronized lyrics (uslt) or ID3v2 synchronized lyrics (sylt) they do not follow with the song. The unsunchronized lyrics scroll too, as do the synchronized ones which makes me think that the timestamps are being ignored and the lyrics are just scrolling proportionate to the length of the song. Does anyone else have this issue? Or have any assistance?
Any assistance would be appreciated.
