Database doesn't update (Clip V2)

hey guys,
everytime i add a track to my sansa clip, rockbox doesnt add it to its database. or if i change the name of a song, the old name is still in the database. if i browse the track with the filebrowser evreything is ok though...
thx in advance for your help!

Is autoupdate enabled for the database?

 :-[ oops. i dont know. how can i check this?
EDIT: i found: /settings/playback settings/auto-change directory
but i guess thats wrong. (i've put it on but it doesnt seem to be the solution to my prob)
