Recharge USB and video encoder (H10)
« on: May 15, 2011, 07:07:06 AM »
Hello!
My player H10 was crashed. And i buyed new used-H10! :)
First at all my data on my broken H10 was lost, and some programms has been not available :( I searched on forum my love program video encoder: it is window-program, where you put attributes, and adding files, simple programme, but i dont know how name it. If you use it. Please type where i can find it.
And second problem. In past release Rockbox: i can recharge on usb and listening music at the same time, but r29881 i can't. Why? How i can fix it?

Sorry, but "a Windows program, where you put attributes, and adding files" is quite vague.

At minimum that's bound to cover many, many hundreds of utilities.

WinFF is probably what you want at a guess, as that offers predefined settings for Rockbox targets.
If that's not what you're looking for, it definitely does the job.

Using PMs to annoy devs about bugs/patches is not a good way to have the issue looked at.

Check the manual, theres a button you have to hold when inserting USB to get into charge mode.  I don't know what it is for your player.

Hey Amant 2011,

do you mean iLove video converter? Use a internet search engine to find it. But as [St.] mentioned, WinFF is a great program for converting videos too, because it even has a preset for Rockbox.

And regarding your broken H-10, maybe you can take out the harddrive of the player and try some file recovery programs to restor your data.

Best wishes,
