Error reading partition table - possibly not an Ipod

I get this message when I try a complete Installation on a 1gb classic Ipod.
The Ipod has been restored.

So I guess a 1GB is an Ipod Nano and not a classic, right?

There is no 1GB Ipod Classic. See the IpodFAQ in the Wiki on how to identify your Ipod model.

Correct, Sorry. I'm still getting same error message, though.
