How to install RB in Clip+?

I have read all the install instructions many times.

I found them totally confusing, contradictory, and basically a nightmare... ???

Can somebody please explain the install in plain English with steps like 1, 2, 3, etc.

Now I have the Rockbox logo on start up, which means it's in there, right?
