How do I use RockBoy

Indide the rockbox folder there is rockboy but it has nothing where do i get it and where do i put the roms?

As the manual says to open them via the file browser, I imagine you can place them wherever you want.

You can, it's a viewer plugin. Please see the manual on this, people put quite some work into it to not having to paraprase things again and again. The original question doesn't indicate you did.
