Best android mp3 player for Rockbox?

Hi all!

I've been following that there is some Rockbox for Android development going on.. I always thought that if Rockbox ever gest ported to Android I would switch to an android Phone.. but then I realized that there might be some mp3 players only out there running android....

Is there any recommendation for an android mp3 player, that might be able to support the basic rockbox development that is currently going on?

Any ARM android device should work.  As for recommendations, you're probably better off looking at a site like anythingbutipod if you want to know more about specific MP3 players.

This is an old thread, I know, but I feel that a great idea would  be to be able to move the user's personal theme and settings straight over to an android app.  When a user has his rockboxed platform set up how he likes, he can transfer that right on over and pick up where he left off on his phone.

Assumes two devices are capable of running the same theme, you can just drag and drop the config file and theme from one to the other.
