Setting not included on purpose?

I have Rockbox on both a Gigabeat and a Clip+. The Gigabeat has a playback setting called "Pause on Headphone Unplug" which I love, but this feature is not present on the Clip+.

Is this missing setting a product of the Clip+'s weaker hardware, or is this simply a feature that has not yet been implemented on the Clip+?

Is there a page that compares which Rockbox features work on various devices?

Theres no headphone detect on the Clip+.
