Hot to get autonotified of new releases?

Hi Gang,

I don't want to sign up for a general mailing list that sends me all sorts of things.  I just want to know when a new rockbox release has been shipped.  I'm comfortable with email, SMS, Twitter, or RSS, but am open to other ideas.  Do any of those mediums presently exist for release notification?  At present I'm stuck checking your web page all the time which is a mild waste of my time.

You could subscribe to the mailing list and filter for "Release" or some such with your mail client.
