Sansa Fuze v2 Problem

today when I went to use my sansa fuze it wouldn't turn on. so I unplugged the headphone that were plugged into it and it booted right up. later in the day it did the same thing but when i unplugged the headphone it wouldn't turn on.

I have discovered that if i try to turn it on and it doesn't if i wait a bit it will turn on then? what could be causing this?
