I need help installing rockbox on my iriver H140 . I have tried for weeks to install it and have even had others try . I would be happy to compensate anyone who can help me install rockbox on my device .

Hi 

The problem is as follows I go through all the steps of loading  as it is described and nothing happens , I have tried it with the original HDD as well as with a solid state 60 GB drive . It is just not being loaded on to the device .  I get no error messages , of course when I put in the new SSD the devise can not be used to play music but I can load and play music on it and play it on  through the computer so the new drive looks to be good , just no Rockbox .

In your own words, please describe each of the stops you take. The label of the buttons you click on, etc.

The steps work for most people, so just saying "I did the steps" doesn't help us figure out where something has gone wrong.

1. conect the iriver to power and computer
2.start rock box utility for windows .
3. click on complete instl.
 4. select the devise and location .
  5. bootloader this part is tricky and I think this is where I am having problems .
Can you please tell me how this step should be done .

I think I am having problems with the boot-loader part of the installation . I would appreciate any help and as mentioned before I will be more than happy to pay a fee if we can get this working . I can not  tell you the aggravation this has been causing me the past months .
